The firm M/s.OAC Rugs established in 2000 is an output of 4 generation’s experience and expertise in carpet manufacturing and export. Our forefathers were engaged from grassroot of Carpet weaving, sale & purchase of Handknotted Carpets since 1888. Our is one of the oldest family of the area which split into 4 groups before 2nd world war and exported the carpets mainly to London – U.K, having always one goal in mind to produce the best quality carpets and provide affordable lifestyle home furnishings to the consumers.

At present we import the best quality wool directly from New-Zealand to spin carpet yarn in required counts & ply and then dye the same in our own spinning & dyeing unit respectively.

We offer almost all varieties of world class collection of reproduced decorative Antique European and Oriental Carpets like Keshan, Saroukh, Tabriz, Herati and New Mahi. We are also well known for other varieties like Indo-Nepalese from 50 to 180 knots, low to high end Gabbehs, Loom Knotted & Tufted-both modern and Persian designs as well as Shaggy’s in vast range of colourful designs and different fibres.

We have a wide range of hand knotted carpets, hand tufted carpets, etc. which come with exquisite designs and colourful variety. Our product range includes-

  1. Persian Carpets of different qualities like Handspun 5 colours in 12.5/63, 12/60, 10/52 quality; outlining in 12.5/63, 12/60, 10/52 quality; 9/60, 10/50, 6/45 oushak; in wool/wool, wool/silk and pure silk
  2. Indo-Nepalese – 4.25/25, 4/18 10 count, 9/25 cut & loop & cut-cut, 8/22 cut-cut, 9/25 handspun, 9/25 wool/silk cut-cut pile with viscos, 9/25 high & low pile, 9/25 volcano, 6/16 10 count. etc.
  3. Gabeh – 5/28 handspun, 6/45 handspun and 10/52 handspun
  4. Tufted – Modern designs with beautiful colour combinations, modern high & low pile, modern 10 count, Persian, Persian handspun

Shaggy – Malai dori - plain, multi, tyedye, polyester - plain, mix, space dyeing, malai damroo, malai chip, rasgullah dori, zebra malai dori, cobra malai dori, malai chip, malai balloon, chip zebra, malai ribbon, loom shaggy, loop pile gotti. The said qualities are being made in plain colours, multi colours and in different pile heights. Also they are made by mixing two or more qualities together like malai dori with polyester, malai damroo with polyester, malai chip with malai dori and polyester, etc. Apart from the above plain rugs, we also make shaggy rugs in different colourful designs as per market demand.
